Gricha is an international executive with over 20 years of experience in fintech, digital payments, and cross-border operations, with a distinguished track record of leading organizations in highly regulated markets across North America, Central America, and Europe.
Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions such as CEO, Country Manager, and COO, where he has led business expansion, the design of remittance corridors, regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions, and the optimization of operations in high-growth environments.
In their most recent position as Chief Payments Officer at Mis Métricas, they led the regional payments strategy and digital financial operations, consolidating scalable and efficient solutions.
Your profile combines a strong technical foundation in systems, strategic business vision, and multicultural leadership, having managed teams across five continents and developed partnerships in diverse markets.
